Cody and Mike maintained good communications, arrived promptly at specified time. They were very efficient and speedy with unloading of 16’ PODS container. They also asked questions if they weren’t sure where an item went in the house. My wife and I are getting up in years and have moved ourselves many times but we were thankful to have this good unloading help. Highly recommend.

I was pleased with the communication prior to my move. But less so today. I have moved many times in my life and have literally moved everything that was in the truck by myself multiple times . I only needed them to unload my truck. I told them it was a 26 ft truck and that half the contents would be boxes and totes and most items would go to the basement and they would not have to use stairs unless they wanted to. I provided 2 dollies which most places that move should have on their own but they did not. The gentleman were friendly but expressed irritation that some of the boxes and totes were not in the best condition. I had told the person prior that my belongings had been in storage 4 yrs and it would not take them the full 3 hours. It took them 2 hours and 15 min even though I paid for the full 3 Hrs and I tipped them i felt like they didnt take the time to make sure there was room to navigate my house and were irritated most of the time. I tipped them and provided Gatorade.

The men did a great job and were very efficient. However, they kept talking about their next job that day, making me feel rushed. I paid for 5 hours and they ended up finishing my job in just over 4 hours.
