Overall the company was good but one of the two movers was 20 minutes late, I had no idea what was going on or when he was arriving, and when I tried to call the company to ask they didn't pick up the phone.

My above ratings apply more to boss of this company than the two helpers themselves, one of whom put up some sort of attitude that I didn’t appreciate. Moreover, I do not appreciate them denying to their boss (according to the latter) an agreement reached with them that the rest of our stuff was to be picked up early the following morning. This led to my need to scramble for alternative helpers at the last minute (after waiting long and in vain for their arrival), thus adding several extra hours to the time it should have taken to finish up our move.
