They were nice and friendly but they were too slow, they made an extra time just because they would carry on pillow at a time. They took the same amount of hours to unload than the guys from Halifax to load. We labeled everything by room and color and even thought we had to keep an eye on everything to be in the right place. But they were cheaper and the work was done correctly and without any damages.

They ruined my expensive desk, four drawer chest and scratched my washer. When contacted to express my concerns, they stated that jobs done through Uhaul were not insured. One of the two movers was very irritable and unprofessional. They came without tools or moving aids. I will never use owing help again. It is best to hire professional movers.

It was really difficult to contact the guys as the phone provided does not work, we was able to confirm the service the night before at late night, they shop up at time to the location, but did not care at all of my belongings, put everything without taking care an puting everything with no sense order, I ending organized my self the storage so don't get more items damaged.

I rarely write a bad review, but am writing to warn others. I booked a crew of 4ppl for 5hrs to unload two trucks of boxes & furniture from a move into storage lockers (easy). 1st, they were 1hr15 mins late to arrive. 2nd, they were rough with our things - dropped boxes and furniture (broke an item or two), pulled things off of stacked furniture in a way that made unrepairable deep scratches in family heirlooms. 3rd, when trying to ask them (very politely) to be gentle, etc - received dismissive responses. The person in charge was nice & he seemed to do his best to manage things, but his crew of other guys were just not great. 4th, they were very unorganized in packing the storage (inefficient, not pro, I've done many moves). 5th, took a smoke break 5mins after arrival, and then every hour after that (I don't mind, but don't dock that from the hours?). 6th, at the end, I gave the payment code, & they asked for travel fee hours, & tried to request more funds (no, that wasn't the deal).
