They forgot to put my big flat screen TV in the truck so they didn’t leave room for it at the end. I packaged the TV the day before in uhauls special TV box, but I had to put it laying flat on top of everything that was in the U-Haul at the end after they left. The tv is the most fragile thing and it ended breaking during the move m. I’m disappointed that they forgot to pack the tv since they were grabbing boxes and everything right beside the tv, but just didn’t grab the tv. The tv ended up breaking while driving in transit . Everything else was great though. Simple mistake, but a costly one unfortunately I suffered the cost of a broken tv.

The guys who helped me in my move moved with speed to load all my boxes. They managed to fit everything into the truck even though it was pretty tight. The only thing I would have wanted was more communication throughout the morning load out, but with all the stuff they had to load they were quite quick. Overall a 5 would recommend the team.
