Carl was absolutely fantastic. All those good marks are only because of him. The the helper for him was absolutely terrible. He came with his family. Asked me for drinks which he gave to his family. His family use my bathroom. And his little girl walked around while he was helping! totally unacceptable. That guy was on the phone almost the entire time he was here. He was absolutely awful.. Carl was absolutely fantastic he did most of the work. I already tipped Carl and gave absolutely nothing to his helper..
