The helpers were awesome, they went above and beyond. I had a hand injury and it was great to have them help me during the move. The moving was way less stressful!

The main guy, Nicholas was very friendly and professional but the guy he had with him broke a wheel off my office chair and clearly tried to hide it when he was moving it in front of me (not a cheap chair) and after unpacking and cleaning, I can see scratches on furniture etc. which I am very unhappy about. I also had everything wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap, so they were obviously very very careless when moving my items. I only used another moving company once before and every other time, I’ve moved myself and this is the first time anything has been damaged or broken. Not happy at all and wouldn’t use them again.
