The communication was terrible. Personally I do not like waiting till the night before a scheduled move at 730 pm to get confirmation. The owners voicemail box is full so I had to text. I was worried on unloading day because I had a small time frame to unload and return the truck in time. The workers were an hour late. When they showed up, he said he had been oversleeping and I think the communication from his boss was also not good. Communication needs to be key when you are counting on people to unload a UHaul for you. I had unloaded quite a bit myself when they got there.

The only issue that I had was is the communication problem where it took more hours than I felt needed to be contacted back but other than that everything was excellent thanks so much the guys were wonderful

The boys (they were very young and unexperienced) were super nice, but were over an hour late. They did call and let me know but that put us way behind. They had no tools, no dolly, and were not careful with my items or the walls and doorframes. I rented moving blankets, they put my wooden furniture upside down on the moving truck floor and scratched it all up. And only used 4 of the 20 blankets I rented that were suggested by the person that called to set up the movers with me. They dropped my washer off the truck..they got a lot of things into the 20 foot truck though. I ended up having to move several things myself because they were inexperienced and unprepared for the job. My furniture and walls and doorframes are damaged and now I have even more work to do and expenses to cover.
