Very courteous and professional. I had to change the date and location of my move and they adjusted with no issues. The movers were friendly and very efficient.

I will not use Sean's again. Move was scheduled for 9am. When no one showed up by 9-09am I called Sean's and he answered was unaware the team was a no show. He said he would find out what was going on and hung up on me. I called again at 9-20am and was told the team that was booked was not answering. So he had a team heading to me and should reach me in 30 min. After 30 min., at 10am, Manny showed up and thank goodness for him. He was professional, helpful and really put in work. Since the 2nd mover hadn't shown up and I made a few calls and each time was told he was 10 min out, after another hr, I texted and just had the 2nd mover show up at the offload location. I am grateful I had someone with me that worked with the 1 mover to load the entire UHaul truck. Though I paid for 2 ppl for 3 hrs. I received 1 person for 2 hrs and 1 person for 45 min. Sean's basically said job was done in 3 hrs (res time) so I had to pay the full amount. I did not get what I contracted for. Very Unhappy.
