I paid for the most expensive and best reviewed option I was presented. There were 3 separate miscommunications before my move and on the day of my move only 1 guy showed up to move. I had to help move all of the big pieces that required 2 people which is specifically what I wanted to avoid, physically. The company has refused to answer my calls,texts,emails since the incident. I paid for 2 people to move and did not receive what I paid for! Please contact me!

The helpers they sent did not know much about how to move furniture. They stood there looking at the table unsure about how to get it through the door, and were completely stumped on how to move the hutch. They were obviously struggling for most of the move. I had to give them suggestions on how to handle it many times. It did not appear they had any training on how to properly move things at all. I was afraid something was going to get broken the way they were handling it. All you get is two men, nothing else so make sure you have the necessary equipment to move what you have or you will be stuck! I tried calling the number of the person who called from the company but it didn't work. Next time I'm going with the professionals!

Fantastic experience- TopDog is extremely professional and communicative. We changed the location for the mover to meet us at the last minute and TopDog responded immediately and seamlessly. Our mover was extraordinarily helpful and able to navigate huge pieces of furniture through narrow doorways. I highly recommend TopDog - the name says it all!
