Through the U-Haul app we had requested an unloading time of 2pm. The company confirmed the date of service, but did not communicate or confirm the starting time. We had initially requested 2 movers for 2 hours, they showed up 1.5 hours late, and even though it only took 15 minutes to unload (well within the 2 hours allotted), it would have been considerate to communicate this delay. Regardless, they did a good job unloading.

Despite a job ahead of my unload, Don and Brandon showed up ready to work. They texted ahead of time to confirm start time and again when the other job was running late. Professional and hard working, using caution at every turn. I highly recommend this crew and would absolutely hire them again.

Everything I requested and more was satisfied by the two gentlemen that came and assisted me. They packed my uhaul safely and with total conscience of weight distribution and the frailty of my belongings. Not a single thing shifted while I drove the uhaul after they loaded.
