You get what you pay for. None of the protective blankets were used; a piece of word working equipment (100 lbs planer) was placed on the couch, it (the couch) is now broken. Heavy boxes were placed on top of lighter boxes... Not impressed.

I had an outstanding experience with the moving team. These two gentlemen were professional, punctual, and handled all of my household belongings with exceptional care. They worked efficiently, maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire move, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. They were respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Do not use. Asked for 2 helpers for 3 hours and got one helper. Started at 230, he stayed for 6 hours. Me, 53 yr old disabled vet and my girlfriend had to unload a 26 ft truck into storage and an apt after he left from 8pm to 1100pm. Horrible and unreliable. Do not use!
