Great job performed by the two gentlemen. They were running a little late in the morning due to traffic, but communicated that to me before hand. They both worked hard moving my items from the basement and thoughtfully placed the items in the moving truck. Would hire them again.

Communication was quick but they were late showing up. They are nice guys per se and strong, but did not know how to pack the UHaul efficiently or effectively. The one guy had cut himself and was about to use some painters tape we had out to cover his cut. Thankfully I saw him and provided him with a bandaid. Did not use the blankets or straps we provided. Put in random things on the floor that were light enough to go on top of boxes. To finish things off, one guy used my bathroom, flushed the toilet and left without washing his hands. Now I wonder about the cleanliness of his hands handling my stuff. They wore their shoes the whole time and now my floor is a dirty mess. They also estimated they would need another 75 minutes to finish the job so we agreed to extend the time. 20 minutes later they were done and asked for the full hour of pay. Bottom line is they wasted precious space in the U-Haul and not as much stuff was moved as could have been.
