DO NOT HIRE if you like your items. 95 percent of the items arrives broken dented and scratched. 10 large items were beyond repair and had to be trashed.

Do not hirer they called and said we didn’t pay them and they were paid $1,900 dollars !! Buyer beware !! The mom that helps the kid is a scam artist. Had to email proof of the Cash App we sent with the extra fund they asked us to pay. Then told U-Haul they didn’t get paid. Do not recommend. They only emptied 3 large storage units and 1 of the snakes and it took 2 days and lots of drama from the kids mother that I guess does the book keeping. We would told it would only take 4-5 hours originally, took 2 days. As a reference to the ability of the Quality of work. We have hired uhaul mover help five times in the past 4 years and never once have we gave anything less than a five star review we are very understanding that the line of work is hard.

Terrible experience. Came unprepared on August 24 to unload the U-box. No dollies or straps -- every mover should have those. Unable to remove our armoire from the box because they did not have straps. Recommended closing the job (it means I paid them) and they would send out 3 guys the following Monday. Driver (only had one licensed to pull the U-Box) was waiting to see if he had Covid (the other mover had come down with it). Sure enough, he was diagnosed on August 30. Left voice mails repeatedly. Never returned my calls. I was ghosted. Now I have to hire another mover to get my U-Box and armoire. Be careful!
