The two boys showed up more than 15 minutes late, didn’t introduce themselves, and didn’t seem to have a plan. They were friendly when spoken to, but we needed to direct them constantly. They knocked things over and ripped one of our bed covers on the truck. We would not use this company again.

The movers themselves were great, but the company cancelled an hour before the move. The ended up finding workers, but it was an hour and a half later than scheduled, which made us late for our unloaders at our new place.

The crew were an hour late due to no fault of the company. The new crew got here as fast as they could and tried to work as fast and efficiently as they could. The guys moved the large pieces for me that I could not. Huge help all around. Make sure to be very explicit when explaining what you need done or moved. They will charge you extra $$$.

The two guys that helped me out were great. Professional, quick and polite. But there was a miscommunication about time and address for them to show up which was clearly noted on the reservation after I had confirmed it a few days ago when someone called me after booking. It seemed like the woman answering the phone just hadn't seen the note on my reservation and then tried to blame me for giving the wrong address and time. I called at 11;45 (15 minutes after I was expecting them) and was told they were waiting since 11 for me at the incorrect address, yet no one called me during those 45 minutes to ask where I was? Other than that the experience was great and easy. I tipped in cash which is why I am not leaving a tip through this website.
