Arrived later than scheduled but I appreciate that they kept us updated about their arrival time which was great communication. Initially we only planned to move a couch but we ended up adding a few extra boxes While I understand that adding items can change the workload the attitude that followed felt a bit unprofessional As a firsttime customer hiring movers I was simply trying to understand the process. We were charged for four hours of work even though the actual load n unload was about 1 hour and 19 minutes. When I called to ask for clarification the next day, I felt the response was dismissive. If it was easy, why didn’t you carry the couch up yourselves. We stay on the 3rd floor but is not something a customer expects to hear when paying for a service. one of the movers used my phone charger without asking which made me uncomfortable asking for permission would have been more appropriate. Overall the job was done
