Paid dam near $500 for no one to show up and hard to even get my refund, very unprofessional, and would not ever go to them again.

There were several small issues, including one of them on the phone to their boss, worrying about not having enough time to finish instead of just getting it done at the end, they were leaving seven minutes early then they were supposed to. And I went back to my house where we had unloaded and my 70 inch TV is sitting outside, and I cannot move it by myself. Looks like I won’t be having any TV tonight. I covered it up and hopefully they’ll send someone tomorrow to move it into my house.

The dispatch was professional and the helpers showed up on time. However, they were both too drunk to help much. I sent them back early after they banged around my stuff. Overall, they were more of a hinderance than a help and I ended up doing the most of the moving myself.

These guys went above and beyond for my moving out and unload into storage, which turned out to be a bigger job than I had anticipated. They were available last minute and willing to work late hours. They were polite from the get go and genuinely kind and helpful throughout their time on the job! Thanks a bunch guys! You saved the day for me!!!

I’ve moved so many times in the last 5 years, and lord knows not all movers are the same. These two guys, Joey and Philip, not only showed up on time, but they came early as requested, & helped longer than expected. They were efficient, careful, and listened to my direction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys for the solid work. Your help was very much appreciated!!!!!

I waited 3.5 hours for someone to show up. They had excuse after excuse. So at 12.36 pm, my 9am move starts. The 2 men that arrived said they had never heard of this company and that they were hired through Craigslist for 20 an hour. I paid the moving company 100 pet hour. This is not a professional moving company with actual movers. This is a compkete and total scam. Go hire your own Craigslist movers and save yourself 80 an hour. Disgusted.
