I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours. They were very eager to unload my truck as fast as possible and get out. They arrived at 2.30 and the guys told me that had another job at 4pm. I had asked for 3 hours because I wanted them to place the items where I wanted them instead of just dropping them in the first spot they found. I don't blame the movers, I blame the management for not allowing the guys to have enough time for my move. They movers shared with me that this is the way this company operates, get in and out as quickly as possible and try not to use all the time paid for. Not a good way to do a quality job. Doesn't make any sense either, as I am paying hourly.
