Owner said I should have booked directly with them, as their uhual bookings are not their typical process. Communication of scheduling was terrible. The day of the move, never got confirmation prior they were still coming. Even texted and called the owner multiple times, multiple hours before the set agreed time and he didn’t respond to hours, I thought I got scammed. Movers were 1+ hour late. When they got there, it was professional and quick, but everything before the actual move was not good.

I booked it for 8 am. He texted me and said if 1030 was okay. I said ok. He showed up at 1230 with only 3 dudes, I paid for and booked 4 laborers? I liked the 2 others but didn't like the lead Joel. He came up with a random fee for my treadmill I had to bargain and venmo him $50. He said its Nordic. No its not its horizon and it even has wheels to roll on it. Got mad when I started saying I want this in there and not that and he was like you have to let me know now. Too bad, I got you for 2 hours. Aggressive randomly when I didn't know what i wanted put in the truck immediately. I will say he was good at packing the truck and he even found some straps to use that I didn't know I had. But he was very unprofessional, aggressive randomly, late, makes up random fees, and then ditched after an hour. I said they were good after 1 hr cause I got a bad vibe from the lead. Did the rest myself for the next 5 hours. Pay for what you get I guess. Had the audacity to ask for a tip

These guys at DENCO Moving are simply AMAZING! Granted I only moved about a one bedroom apartment that didn't even fill up a 15 foot truck and only moved 6 miles away, the crew of 4 showed up and loaded, went to my new place and unloaded all within an hour and a half TOPS! The team was extremely friendly and show great care with my things. If I could give them a 5 billion star rating, I would!

I had to schedule this move last minute just because of the timing of certain events. My initial contact was with Joe. He was extremely courteous and helpful and made sure I had everything set up...and this was the day before the move with nasty weather hitting Denver. Joe contacted me again the morning of the move and said there might be delays because of the frigid weather and snow. The communication was very much appreciated. Nonetheless, the DenCo crew still showed up at the scheduled time. Eric was the team lead and he and the guys flew around the house (basement, main floor and upstairs) and had everything loaded safely and securely in the truck in just over an hour! This was a 26' truck! Eric and the guys unloaded the truck neatly into our unit and were done by 4! I had scheduled for 5 hours because of past experiences. They used about 2.5 hours! Great job guys and great job Denco! Will reach out in March or April to load the truck to drive back to Texas!
