These are kids claiming that they are running a company. Please don’t ever book with this company. They are very unprofessional. They were over 3 hours late and kept telling lies about their ETA. They did not pack the U-Box correctly and do not know how to pack it. They got my items wet by the rain. Save your self the trouble and get someone more experienced and professional.

First, I have to say that Easy Moves saved me during a move that went bad. I had originally hired other movers through movinghelp.com (service provider Anytime Solutions) who initially delayed my start time twice (2.75 hours) only to call back again and cancel completely. It was a horrible situation. But Marisol at movinghelp.com customer service helped find movers who could help. Enter Easy Moves. Samuel +1 did a pretty good job with the load, but I did have to ask a couple of times to not put their dolly up against my furniture, and I had to ask twice to wrap my bigger pieces with the blankets I rented. At the unload, I felt like they were done (I was a 3 hr studio apt move). I had to ask for the taped blankets to be removed from the furniture (they were going to leave them that way). Also, at one point when I asked for help rearranging the location of a dresser, I got it, but I sensed annoyance. We still had over 20 minutes time left. They saved me but could improve professionalism.
