Isaiah and Javon were super professional and very kind to my family and I. They got the job done without hitting walls or damaging our furniture. Great conversations with them and would definitely recommend whenever you need the job done right.

They came in later than scheduled but they have remained in contact to explain why they were running late. Also, if they can check their start time and stop time vs the length of time they were hired for, that will give better satisfaction to the customer. Other than these, they did better than some loaders we have used in the past.

Isaiah and his crew couldn’t have been more professional and fantastic at their jobs. I had booked with another provider who no call no showed, and I was able to book with Diamond Moving last minute for same day load unload help. They squeezed me into their schedule and were able to get the job done in exactly the amount of time with the utmost care with every item that came out of my shipping container into my apartment. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Thank you all!!!
