I very much appreciated Diamond Movers! We requested the 17th in the system and the storage facility reflected that date as well, there was a glitch and it was showing in the u-haul site as the 26th. We got in touch with Diamond movers on the 17th and they were extremely accommodating and able to deliver our boxes same day prior to U-Haul closing! They went above and beyond and helped us unload and move everything up until the last minute. We are so glad we went with Diamond Movers and would definitely use their company if we move again!

The helpers Oscar and Jonathan were great and professional. The only thing I would say is they seemed to have tried to contact me during the week of my unload, but they did not leave a voicemail so I wasn't sure who it was that called. Then they later said they tried to reach me and couldn't get in touch. I appreciate them reaching out in advance but they should leaving a message so I know who it is who called and so I can call back. I do not answer phone calls from numbers I don't know and it is expected to get a voicemail if I don't answer.
