On July 29 we ere supposed to have help in the morning. They finally said they could arrive by 8PM! Rescheduled for August 1 at 10AM. They showed up almost an hour late and could not stay for the full 2 hours. Tried to negotiate a partial refund but the manager or scheduler or whatever she is would not offer anything at all in compensation. Extremely frustrating experience and I would recommend that nobody use this company’s service ever. I also highly recommend that UHaul remove Monster Movers from the selections for moving help. The crew who arrived were actually good. It’s the scheduling and management that ruined the job.

Great first experience with monster movers! Communication was clear, they accommodated our preferred window on short notice and were very resourceful with how many items they could pack in the truck. Super efficient and finished in half the anticipated time. Would recommend!

Krystal was a great communicator before and during the move. However, the movers were late coming to the home. The movers were pleasant however, they should have thought to mention to cover the dining room table before moving it from the home., as I was relying on them to know the best way to keep my items safe from being damaged. So, I would recommend they suggest ways of protecting items for customers and even have a supply on hand that customers can purchase if needed, as this would protect the movers as well if something became damaged. In my case, I ended up covering my table with a sheet and the dining room table slipped from the movers hand and the corner became damaged slightly. Fortunately my husband is very handy and he was was able to fix it. No tip added below as I provided a cash tip to them when they completed the job.
