Unfortunately I have some problems with the company The job was scheduled with 3 or 4 weeks notice and they just a day before they need to reschedule my job from the morning to the afternoon And again from 1p to 130p I have contacted them for 3 hours but I need more time (we never know how long it takes) they left the job when the clock reached 3 hours of work In 2h 30min later they came back and finished the work in one extra hour They could have done everything at once

They didn't remove the pedestal legs from my expensive mahogany formal dining table, piled heavy items on top of table, and the legs ended up shattered in pieces. These legs are irreplaceable and table can't be used anymore. The worst part is they offered no apology or response after I sent them pictures. As someone who's made this move several times over the last 10 years, this should've been an easy 3 hour job. I had mostly boxes and bins and not much furniture. The mover even said it should be easy. Everything labeled and ready to go. Arrived later than our original planned time. There was only one person present for the first 45 minutes. After the first 2.5 hours they went on a lunch break. ??? Had to point out several items they did not put on truck. After they were gone I noticed they left my front porch furniture off the truck. I had to work to load it into my car. Did a terrible job estimating the space and positioning on truck. You're only as good as your last job!
