For starters they charged me mileage and to unload the truck while telling me 30 minutes before my move and I had to pay extra because of the distance which is unusual when you already pay an hourly rate, but I was told because of my distance of 41 miles that my move was not basic so I had to pay extra for their services, but that was not specified as a requirement on Uhaul. they were an hour late, and granted they loaded and unloaded my belongings within two hour which is great time considering the locations but their communication was not efficient enough for me! If you like to be blindsided then he is your guy.

They dont wanna go by the hourly rate. They wanna go by items list which he asks before the job. Communication sucks. They wouldnt confirm anything until the same morning. Had to pay them extra because they kept crying throughout the move about my items list not being exact to what was moved.
