I hired this moving company expecting a smooth, professional experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The night before my scheduled move, they attempted to reschedule at the last minute, which was incredibly stressful and disruptive given how much planning goes into a move. On moving day, things didn’t improve. The movers they sent worked at a very slow pace and frequently stood around talking instead of actually moving items. To make matters worse, one of the movers appeared to be injured and was wearing a boot on his foot, which clearly impacted their ability to work efficiently. Because of the delays, I ended up having to pay for additional time, which felt completely unfair given that their lack of urgency was the cause. On top of that, several of my belongings were damaged during the move. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, careful, and efficient movers.

The guys were very sweet, and moved quickly. However, a lot of our furniture was dragged across the ground resulting in scuff marks and roughed up edges. I wanted to rate them higher, but I couldn’t look past the treatment of our things.

Great movers, very careful with my belongings and took pride in their work. They even handled my heavy Tempur Pedic power base with no issues and stayed extra to help me finish the move. Truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
