Were difficult to arrange a moving time with, didn’t answer email, answered texts a few days late. Arrived late for the agreed upon time and appeared to have no moving experience or know what they were going to do. We had to help them suggest what to move, how, watch them so furniture wasn’t damaged, and help organize the load as they didn’t know how to. Very poor service for the amount paid.

I never should have asked for help, the KIDS you sent didn't have a clue what they were doing and clearly lack experience with helping load peoples belongings for their move. Not impressed, 20 minutes past the time I asked them to arrive as soon as 2 hours was up we sent them on their way.

Charging for reviews is ridiculous. The job took 40 minutes. I paid for 2 hours. I would say I tipped these guys plenty!
