I have one complaint with Claros Movers. When they called me 24 hours in advance to confirm the move and gather details, the lady on the other end of the phone with Claros kept interrupting me anytime I was trying to give her specific details on where our apartment is located inside the community. I tried to tell her 3 different times and was interrupted each time. I waited at the front gate the following day to make sure there were no delays in our 2-hour time window. Besides her, the movers were great. They were 10 minutes early, hustled every minute, and helped by going above and beyond strapping in a few loose items in the truck. They listened to each direction given and did not hesitate to get the job done. I highly recommend them for the value, efforts, and punctuality of the move. We finished 1 hour ahead of schedule.

The movers were young, hardworking, and professional. Very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Great job! Communication with the company provider was a bit wonky but once established they were super nice. I did get advised to get a larger u-haul than the van I had originally reserved due to potential issues with fitting furniture which turned out to NOT be a good idea. Just an FYI, a van does fit a queen size bed and furniture if it breaks down. They got the work done in under 3 hours, and I tipped them for a job well done. Definitely recommend them!

They were wonderful. I booked them for four hours half way expecting them to run over that because all of our other movers have but they completed the job in about two and a half hrs. They were so fast but very careful and very professional. They put things where we asked them to. I highly recommend them.
