I secured a one-way truck for an out-of-state move. 2 movers arrived, but the work was not a consistent flow. There was a lot of standing around waiting for both to be free. When you’re being charged by the hour, no one should be waiting, there’s always something to move. Though the staff was not rude, it was apparent that they were more of a start up service. One of the two workers expressed that he was only helping the other gentleman and that he had to wait to receive instruction before he could do anything on his own. I secured their services for two hours, but ended up having to purchase another hour on spot to get to what they said was a full truck. The truck filled quite quickly and I was forced to make two trips. We found out after the first trip, that had the truck been packed more efficiently, we could have secured an extensive amount more of items. I’m sure as they continue in service and gain more experience, they can do a better job.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Sam and his partner's work and professionalism. We relocated from NY and they moved all of our belongings quickly and delicately. We even had some issues on our part due to traffic and Sam was kind enough to still fit us in! Highly recommend this company and we plan to use them for future needs!
