Sam and his associate were amazing! We spent all day together and maxed out our 5 upods. It was 91 degrees. Both did not miss a beat and kept packing and loading. I was impressed with them and the speed at which they worked. They were very careful with all of our antiques and explained the processes when needed. We had some prohibited items and asked them not to box up or enter into this rooms. They were very respectful and we appreciated that. We would use them again if we weren’t moving to Alaska!

Broke and damaged so much of my stuff while swearing up and down it would be fine. It was not. Guy can’t pack a long move or understand basic physics. He then tried to charge me more while claiming his guys could do double the hours of packing and moving. I paid for 18 labor hours total, and he was saying I used all my packing time, and the total labor hours was 23. He was not there long enough to accrue that many labor hours. That’s not how time and space works
