Nine months ago I wrote that I wouldn't move again without help from Champs Moving, and yesterday I put my money where my mouth was. We moved into a place that required them to move everything up two sets of switchback stairs and they carried everything in flawlessly. Our move ran significantly over on time, but their overage rates are very reasonable. Phenomenal service again.

Robert contacted me the same day as my inquiry, and was very prompt and kind about services provided. Communication was awesome. Movers were punctual, friendly, and efficient. Affordable price as well. Especially impressed given the cold snowy weather right now. There was even a third mover to help at no additional cost to speed up the process given the circumstances provided which was a bonus. Great experience overall would recommend again.

We had trouble getting the truck up our road and needed to possibly reschedule and they were incredibly flexible. Responded to texts quickly and was so friendly With all the stress I was already under that was extra appreciated. Even before that though, on the initial call, Rob gave me all sorts of moving and packing tips and gave me way more time on the call that I could have expected, especially since they were on the unloading side. Communication was top tier leading up to the move even a few updates on moving day that were so calming for me and also unexpected. We also didn't expect to use them at the storage facility and they had no problem adjusting and helping us there too. Put a lot of care into how they handled our things. Really great team!!
