The movers were okay. They worked hard but we did have some issues. I had confirmed that they had cling wrap and informed I had quilts to move furniture. The day of, they started to move furniture without wrapping. My work desk, which I purchased 2 years ago, was taken apart without my knowledge and now I cannot put it together again so it's broken. I purchased insurance but the insurance is not applicable with the company so I lost a desk in the move. Our couch was also damaged as one of the feet is loose now and the couch was rubbed on the brown paint on the outside of the house so there is a brown mark on the side. I appreciated their hardwork but really disappointed by the damages. I would not recommend the company unless they are part of the Safemove coverage.
