We were very pleased with the two we had for unloading our 26’ U-Haul. They were polite, respectful and friendly, and they were patient with us when we had to decide which room to put things in. Jacob especially amazed me with his great strength, especially since our truck included some very heavy woodworking equipment. They also were helpful in explaining why so much of the load shifted and caused extra difficulty in safely unloading the truck (which convinced me of the need for changing loading crews for the second cross country truckload and making sure the lighter items are saved for on top of the load). I underestimated the time it would take to unload by an hour, but they had no complaints and kept at it until we were done, even sweeping the truck out when the truck was empty.

Sandy and her movers were terrific from the moment I booked things online. Her movers showed up on time, did what we asked them to do in the time we booked. One minor issue that does not warrant lowering their 5 star review is that they arrived with no tools to disassemble a bed frame - requiring me to get them several tools from my.nearby home. I would suggest their movers carry some basic tools (a Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench were needed) for these jobs. I prespecified in advance that a bedset needed to be moved. Fantastic work! The two guys showed up right on time, and loaded my truck in under the two hours I had them hired for. Very efficient and respecting of our belongings, and very friendly. Sandy was very communicative the entire process and she runs a great company. Absolutely would hire them again if the need arises.
