Sandy great over text; kids who showed up were allegedly good but I experienced as impatient, overconfident, and careless. Better use your neighbors’ kids under tight supervision. Weird interactions with the safe move insurance. Resistant to loading the truck in a way that would fit everything, and said weren’t permitted to move electronics (TV, bike trainer) from basement unless they packed it, because of safe move. For example, tried to set a cherry wood piece on side in van over a floor fitting placing entire load on decorative top and bottom edges rather than keep upright then argued about setting it upright saying they’d have to take pictures and they had no responsibility if I wouldn’t load the truck their way Very rushed, texted to start two hours early and after being told no showed up an hour early anyway. Pivoted furniture edges directly on concrete ground to ease handling broke two edges off the bottom of China cabinet top by pivoting instead of lifting then rotating.
