The customer service phone was great but the movers they sent to the house just felt very lazy, trying to do bare minimum. Did not fill uhaul as efficiently to fit more items in, had to do alot of loading myself. Movers tried to stop early and close the job claiming that the truck is full. Will not use these guys again. They also spent a lot of time in the car and burning time, would not work to maximize the hours.

From start to finish this move was so much easier with their help - the movers (James and another guy) were quick, efficient and so polite. We needed them to stay extra hours and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Alex was always quick with communication via phone or text to help us arrange our schedule and advise on van size.
