I cannot say enough good thinks about James and his crew from Truckman Memphis. They did a phenomenal job. As a military service member, we are not new to moving, as such this was our 9th move as a family and I can confidently say this was probably the best and most smooth unpacking process we have had. James reached out a week in advance to coordinate delivery, he even met our request to deliver 10 U-Boxes a few days early and this was even after the U-haul big truck broke down so he had to trailer our 10 boxes two at a time to our house. James arrived exactly on time on the morning of the unpack and worked non-stop to get all of our household goods moved into our house. His entire team was polite and at no point was I concerned about stuff going missing or that corners were being cut. It has now been 3 weeks since the delivery and I have not found any single issues with their unload. I would recommend them to everyone and hope to use them when we move again. Thank you!
