They did a great job responding on short notice and squeezing is into their schedule. The representative was excellent with communication and follow through. James and Demetrius were professional, efficient, and treated our belongings with care. I highly recommend Heavy Hand Moving.

I paid for two guys for two hours. They both showed up, but one was having issues and spent half of the time in his truck in the air conditioning cooling down because he was having a heat stroke and having other health issues. He also complained to my husband whenever he was out of the truck. The manager called me around the two hour mark and I explained what was happening. No solution was offered. The one guy who was working the whole time approached me at the 2 hour mark and explained that they had to stop or charge me extra even though the other guy didn't work for 2 hours. Not happy. Absolutely unacceptable. Manager should have sent someone else or allowed the one guy stay past 2 hours to finish.

They were so kind and helpful. They brought my boxes up 3 flights of stairs and it was very hot outside but they were still so fast and careful!!

They were three hours late from their scheduled arrival time. Continually asked for more money. We paid for 2 hours and they were here for 20min. I would not use them again.

1st off, they were about 1 hour and 20 minutes late for a 3pm appointment. They complained that a student desk was too heavy and they would have wanted more money to move it to the 2nd floor had they known about it in advance (the desk was moved from a 2nd floor in Houston with no comments)....which I said no to and did not pay. In moving the desk and bedroom furniture on the second floor, they started off by pushing the items along the floor....scratching the wood floor. I had to tell them to stop and carry or dolly the items. They finished the work in under 1 hour.....working all the time, never stopping. For that I was pleased. And yes, they were tipped upon completion.
