Company was almost 2 hours late dropping off my Uboxes. They dropped the Uboxes off to my storage unit with somebody elses belongings in it and had to go back and get empty ones. The woman who was in charge of my services didnt answer any of my calls after they kept making mistakes. I probably called her about 15 times and didnt get one answer. she just kept texting me which was very unprofessional. In the end they finally got my Uboxes delivered back to UHaul but it was a complete mess and we had to rush everything because of the mistakes they kept making. Some sort of Compensation definitely should have been given back to me but of course there wasnt. I would not recommend this company to help you move your Uboxes.

The lady I talked to was very unprofessional. She will tell you one price and then after make you pay more money. The workers are ok, but didn’t finish the job like I thought they did and scratched up my table and walls. This was the worst experience

This was our first experience using Moving help. The helpers were suppose to meet to unload the moving truck, only 1 person showed up about 40 minutes late. When we made a call to the number listed, it went to voicemail. When we asked via text if another person was coming, they had to ask. Now the guy who did show up Rodrigo, was amazing, actually worked like 2 people. I hope he gets the majority of the money we paid for the service.
