BELOW AVERAGE AT BEST! Seemed more interested in just collecting money than working. I would NOT use SNB again. They were poor at communicating. Ignored my request to confirm before moving day. Although they did show up. Showed up 45 minutes late. Their workers were inexperienced and unmotivated. The workers needed constant supervision and direction. I had to repeat requests for tasks to be completed. The workers were talking and texting on their phones throughout the day. They fought with each other. Were hesitant to move heavy items, and focused on smaller, lighter items. I had to tell them repeatedly, ‘I hired you to help me with the larger items that I cannot move by myself.’ They were ill equipped, one worker showed up in flip flop sandals to move. I have used U-Haul Moving Help before with good results. This time has caused me to rethink whether I would use Moving Help again if they think SNB is good. They get 2 stars because they did show up. Bottom line - USE SOMEONE ELSE.
