When the driver arrived it was realized the box would not be big enough and would be too costly for the move. The service was cancelled upon arrival. The driver left immediately and returned the box closing out the day. A refund was requested because service was not provided. The U-Haul rep told me I had to send the code to the helper even though nothing has been done. I contacted support to request a refund. I ending up renting a truck at an additional rate and purchasing a storage unit. I am not happy with the way I was forced to pay for moving help that was not given and feel a refund is due..
