Jay and Magnes have been AMAZINGLY great, professional, and super efficient. My sweet -sarcastic- building where I used to live has an interesting management staff that manage to bring discomfort to many tenants, so when the service elevator broke down, management really said the specialist will show up when they show up and refused to get back to me. They calmly started wrapping few other things, and at some point they grabbed one piece at a time bec the tenants were getting frustrated with the service elevator not working. they focused on the solution rather than the problem. They kept moving efficiently and the experience with unloading was ever more wonderful. If you’re considering hiring movers that can make sure not to scratch anything and be careful with your stuff, these are your guys. I can’t thank you guys enough. I’m grateful for all the effort.
