Listen, yall were amazing, with helping me get together my things and some of my dads things to my new home. But, what really got to me, was really just how long it took. I have done moves by myself, that didn’t take that long. When I moved my dad out here, the company he used had a fully furnished 5 bedroom three story home that needed packed and loaded and they did it in 5 hours. After looking around in my new house and realizing i don’t have a lot of stuff. It blows my mind at how much time it took us to get this done, I’m very disappointed. I budgeted 4 hours total. But instead of talking to me, and letting me know how, if we do this, it’s gonna add another 2 hours(bed frame) then I woulda said don’t worry about it, I’ll figure it out to save myself the money. I’m a single mom.. with nobody to fall back on. No extra money. Burying my dad, and having to move all in the same month. Has been the death of me.

Our Ubox was moved successfully to and from the Uhaul location. They were friendly in communication. The folks at Uhaul told us the pickup was delayed because they went get breakfast (though there were also delays on Uhaul's side). Ubox pickup from our house was an hour later than scheduled, but otherwise no major issues.

Confirmed reservation immediately. Arrived right on time with crew of 5. Loaded 20’ UHaul in about an hour. Overall went well but I have to call it 4-star because they did not use any of the many blankets provided to protect the edges of my couch, which received minor damage. A couple of the box stacks were leaning pretty far over so I had to add some extra bolsters and ratchet straps but in the end nothing fell over.
