Trophy moving helped with picking up the U-box and unloading the box. Prior to the unloading date, Jason called to clarify information and to schedule delivery. He was accommodating and flexible when I asked him if he could move up the unloading date a day sooner because the U-box was already in town. He had a can-do attitude and offered to coordinate with the U-haul Storage company, and he did! Despite having the wrong delivery address on the his end (approximately 45 mins away), he still showed up and unloaded with a positive attitude. He and his team were great, professional, friendly, and understanding. I would highly recommend and use for future services.

The team did a great job moving me efficiently and was very helpful. One complaint is that the way they stacked some items in the truck, it caused a significant amount of damage and scratching to some furniture.

Best experience I have ever had moving in Dallas. I’ve moved my kids 6 times over the last 8 years and hands down Trophy was the best. Showed up early and finished quickly. Super professional and contact leading up to the move was exceptional.

It doesn't get better than this. Jason contacted me via text days before arrival to schedule everything. He was flexible on rescheduling once the boxes arrived earlier than expected. On the day of unloading, they were extremely quick and professional. They aided themselves with tools, were careful, and didn't break anything. They asked about the placement of every furniture and the boxes. Before the unloading date, communication with Jason was pretty easy, and he was always available via text for any questions. Will hire them when moving locally in the future. Thank you!
