MoveEasy was a fantastic company. They called me a few days before the move to arrange the time and also informed me of all prerequisites for the U-Box (buy a lock, have the payment code handy, confirm the pick-up location...). They arrived precisely on time on the day of the move. I had a very fragile 52in curved monitor that they took good care of and loaded the U-Box impeccably. I was positively impressed with their services and speed and definitely recommend them. The helpers were very solicit with me, even though I barely spoke French. They did their best to follow my instructions in English and I couldn't be happier with the results. After they were gone, I watched how they handled the tow truck with the U-Box, and it was driven slowly and with care. Thanks, everyone from MoveEasy. 10 out of 10 service.

This company was fantastic with communication. My uhaul was very late and my movers worked with me to keep me informed and called Uhaul themselves multiple times! The move itself was very easy, professional, and timely. The movers were so friendly and helpful! I would definitely hire them again!

There were two people providing the service, one could communicate in English, but he did not seem to be the leader. The other person did not speak English and his French was very poor. This made it a little difficult for us to communicate. They didn't know the entire service process and didn't know where to deliver the items after they were loaded. I had to follow them to Uhaul drop point and spent more than $20 to take a taxi home. the Uhaul staff also complained to me that the moving helper did not know the service process at all and did not put the Uhual container in the designated place. the Uhaul staff also found it difficult to communicate. In particular, the loading process was not considered for placement and did not use the protective pads provided, resulting in some of the items, like rims and chairs being damaged in transit.
