Stop reading and just hire them already. Third time using U-Haul moving help- These guys are completely dedicated to the job. They let me know when they were running a little bit behind (delays happen- I always get the truck for a day anyhow) Kaytlin kept me posted and checked in with me every step of the way. Jamal Lifted the heaviest stuff own- didn’t even blink, The Forman did some serious truck Tetris along with the other gentleman (I’m bad with names) and moved it all down a hallway that was three sizes too small into my new place. Do not hesitate. Don’t second guess them- I’m glad I didn’t. This move was sudden- my complex decided to renovate and push us all out over the holidays after five years. These guys are a godsend. Hit the button already- you will not regret it.

Choose a better company. Movers stacked an oil filled space heater sideways, which would have leaked onto the couch. The last eighth of the pod had to be repacked in order to add straps and remove the cones which are customarily used to block spaces for the pod truck. The foreman was a jerk through and through, but his helper who was 7 foot tall and wearing a basketball themed Santa hat was a Jolly Professional.

My move was rescheduled multiple times over multiple days. The movers showed up late and we're not polite. They tried to cancel my move in the middle of the move. They informed me that my couch was 9ft. 1in long and wouldn't fit in the box. The couch is 91inches long. Lack of effort and problem solving skills.
