Workers were 25minutes late And we're begging to leave early when there was still work to be done. These 2 guys were a nightmare.

The experience was terrible. Even though I told them when Uhaul insisted the van was returned by they showed up 1 hour and 5 minutes late and then spent the next 10 minutes on the phone trying to get a cell phone back that they forgot in the taxi. My son and I loaded the 15' van so I know 2 people can do the work. I had already off loaded a large amount while I was waiting. They complained the whole time, tried to put stuff in my shed so they wouldn't have to move it, left half my Livingroom on the front deck, and refused to move the couch, mattress, parts to the pool table or my tool box unless I helped. I'm 62 yrs old. Then had the nerve to ask me to drop them off at the bus stop while I was returning the Van late. Moving is tough enough without this kind of problem.

I am really satisfied on how they could squeeze in an appointment 2 days prior the move. The communication before and during the move is great. The movers are experienced. They know how to move items and pack the truck appropriately. First time trying out MovingHelp. The experience is positive.

Movers were a few minutes late, but very communicative for the whole process. They handled some particularly heavy and awkward items without damaging them, and packed the truck well.
