Communication was terrible. Ben would text me, i would respond and never get a reply. I had many unanswered texts and a missed call BUT they were on their phones the entire time they unloaded the truck. Also, texted they were on their way and showed up 3 hours later.

They were very fast and packed the truck really well however the communication always poor and they arrived almost 2 hours later than when they said they would. I understand it was due to someone backing out of the job however there was no communication until I repeatedly reached out asking for an ETA and if they were still coming

They showed up two and a half hours late and I think that was only because I called six times and each time it went immediately to voicemail. Someone must have finally checked the voicemails and realized they had a job that had not been started. When the movers showed up, they kept taking smoke breaks and I told them I did not pay for smoke breaks. It got so bad that my child and I ended up having to help unload because they were so slow. It was absolutely ridiculous and I feel that I should receive a refund.
