Two helpers showed up 3 hours late. One helper had to leaves 1hour before the job was finished. Blankets cords and cellophane wrap was provided but they didn't wrap any of my furniture, did not used cellophane or cords. Load was pack with lots of space with no blankets in between as a result furnitures moved and rubbed on each other and on the UBOX walls during the transport from Chambly,Qc to Victoria Bc. A filling cabinet, bicycle, floor n was all left behind du to bad loading, a small bureau was dropped in the driveway as well as a caise of homemade preserved wish was broken on the driveway and throwned away on the sites. Owners not responding to demands to make an assurance claim. This was the loading of hell. Luckily for me I had a great company to unload that took the time to document with pictures to pursue procedures against this company. Worst ever services.Only put one star because system doesn't allow Zero.

SCAMMERS!!! This moving company did not meet the contractual agreement. I requested 2 movers for two hours, they sent one mover for 1.5 hours. Mr. Singh asked me to release the funds and he would etransfer me the difference. But after numerous requests he did not. I have no recourse except to leave a detailed review. (I will be happy to adjust my reviews when I see the honourable action of EZ MOVERS - but not holding my breath.)

They only sent us one out of the two movers we paid for! The mover we worked with was fantastic though, and was great to work with. But they were not able to complete the full moving job as a result (you need two people to move some things like furniture. Also two people moves boxes twice as fast, meaning with only one person, only half of the boxes moved during the time) If they sent two movers they would have gotten a great review, since two of the one person we had would have been great (friendly and a hard worker). But only sending one person, and their office not answering calls from us or their worker was a poor experience.

First of all, the mover arrived 1h15 late, and we had specifically booked the arrival time to sync with the truck rental. Because of that lateness, we had to pay a late fee with the truck company. Then, we noticed the helper didnt know the first thing about moving, but rather made things worse. He didnt know how to use a dolly and did not listen when we explained; he was not being careful at all and this resulted in a LOT of damaged both to the property we were leaving and some of the furniture. My biggest disappointment is that I was counting on the helper for a bit of expertise, since my other helpers were a group of friends, but my friends turned out to be a much better help than the professional and I unfortunately regret hiring him at all.
