Our start time got bumped to 2 hours later than scheduled and we were notified about 45 minutes beforehand. And this was after confirming the moving time the day before. Then, movers were 1.5 hours late from the new time, so we ended up losing 3.5 hours total of moving time that day. Once they came, the actual movers were excellent, professional, and efficient, and got the job done. I think communication from the dispatch center could be improved.

We ordered 3 guys for 2 hours but only 2 turned up so we kept them for 3 hours. The two guys did such a great job unloading the truck in under 3 hours. Would highly recomend them.

José and his moving partner were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! After hurting my knee, and my fiance hurting his back from us starting this move all alone, we decided to call Home Town Movers. We didnt expect for anyone to come out so late, but they showed up around 8pm and were energized enough to get a uhaul unloaded. The 2 man crew had everything moved in so fast, it was a HUGE sigh of relief for me. I'm so very grateful there are men who work as HARD as these 2 respectable gentlemen did. They were extremely patient, courteous, and kind the entire time! If you're looking for a mover, look no more and personally request José! I guarantee you won't regret it. Had an excellent experience! Would definitely use this again. However, I paid for 2 hrs and they had it done in 45 minutes. Who can I contact for a refund for the additional hour that was not used?

We called and asked for same-day help. Two guys showed up an hour and a half after talking on the phone. Can’t ask for more!! They were fantastic, friendly and professional. My husband and I greatly appreciated their work.

These guys are awesome!!! They got straight to work and moved us up to a third story apartment and finished with time to spare! Definitely recommend them
