Muhammed and Matthew provided exceptional service, friendliness, and professionalism. They went above and beyond what could normally be expected - our driveway is uphill and icy, and they extended their time to help chop the ice so the truck could get up the hill. Was a great experience with them again. Mohammed was very trustable with managing the unloading and keeping good care. The team was very professional and quick with unloading, placing items exactly where we wanted them. We had to adjust the schedule due to weather, and they were extremely flexible and accommodating. Everything was handled efficiently and without any stress. Highly recommend their service.

On dec 28th I hired 2 guys for 4 hours, Mohammed was the one i spoke with and was clearly in charge of the operation, he was amazing, professional, courteous, and efficient. His partner however made several unprofessional remarks during the move (asking about my marriage status, commenting on my appearance), during the last stage of the move he returned to my apartment without his partner claiming to have lost his Airpod case. But what made me feel UNSAFE was the fact he approached me after dark, alone, at the Tim's Hortons beside my new house. He insisted on chatting with me then asked me for my telephone number, which I politely declined to provide (I advise him that even though im single i dont date or give out my number). Reported to company.
