The guys were very prompt and approached my move with professionalism, and a can-do attitude. I had to load my storage with a washer & dryer, living room set, refrigerator, a ton of boxes, and a vehicle. Its 2 weeks later, and I still am impressed with the amount of space and access to all of my belongings. These guys knew the assignment!

Genesis supplied me with two awesome helpers that were on time, made sure they took care of all my belongings, and were very happy to stay as long as they needed to get the job done. I will be using services for my next move!!

Broke two pieces of furniture and refused to replace it. Found a loophole in my insurance coverage by not breaking pieces until after they were in the trailer despite clear pictures of them packing my bookshelf sideways and putting heavy boxes on top. Took 2 hours instead of estimated time as much faster because the best crew was replaced by a new crew who didn’t know to bring tools, furniture wrap, or dollies despite my cancelling these when the scheduler said they had them, and then packaged the remaining items diagonally in a unprofessional manner than resulted in mist of my boxes being damaged (crushed at the corners). I’ll never use this service again given the unprofessionalism and insurance loopholes.

They were the best that I have ever used. I am a Marine Veteran that has moved several times before, locally and nationwide so believe me when I tell you that this two man crew really put their backs into it and got the job done! They were patient with me because I was not completely boxed and ready and they even offered assistance where needed. Thank you and my family and I really appreciate it!
