I'm a senior citizen moving many times w no problems. These guys took advantage of me. Cody sent Logan and Rick. They turned a 3.5-4 hr job into a 7 hr job. I paid the OT bc Cody told the guys to stop working demanding I give Cody the code immediately even though the job wasn't completed. The guys sat in my U-Haul while I tried to talk to someone at Moving Help, and they said not to give them the code until job completed. I was obligated to comply because the workers stopped working. I never threatened to withhold payment, but Cody demanded the code after I complained the workers were working slow and dragging out the move. Rick was on the phone, not working, talking to his girlfriend. I was the 3rd person working quickly alongside these guys taking lighter things to the truck for loading and unloading. Both apts had elevators to utilize. I told Rick to pls work faster, he said he was working his ass off, and I said, so was I. Don't use these guys they are crooks. Senior fraud.

They had me scheduled for the wrong day, but quickly resolved that issue and sent me movers asap! The movers were strong and efficient, and help me set up a few furniture pieces for my apartment! I was grateful for all their hard work and their help resolving the scheduling issue so quickly and efficiently! Really telling of how they operate as a business, thank you Cody!
