The reason they get a low review is because Ideal Movers contracted with 2 guys to help me move and the movers are telling me that he's going back on the arrangement they set up.

Ideal Moving service didn't communicate to their hired contractors that we paid for a piano moving service and they weren't prepared for the move. With my assistance, we got the piano moved and I don't think the hired contractors are getting their fair share of moving the piano. $200 fee for those 2 guys and myself to move the piano and I'd be willing to bet they see very little of that.

They showed up late. They had no clue how to move furniture. They just wanted to hurry up and get it done so they could do the job in half the time and take the rest of my money. Do not hire. They are terrible.

They are very professional and efficient. We used them to move my father several years ago and we are now using them to move our personal home in two stages. They are very great would not consider using anyone else! They make it look so easy and it just seems to make the whole experience as stress free as possible! It is in their name. They are IDEAL!
