They didn’t move that fast and in 2 hours we will have many things to load into our uhaul ourselves now. When asked to stay longer they first said yes then said actually let me check with my scheduler to who then called to tell us she had just booked them in 20 min conveniently enough.

No one contacted or confirmed the timings in which I would be available. Had to follow up couple of times on the day of the job to finally have someone call back later. Had booked in the morning, but they came around noon. Once they came in, they were pretty quick and very efficient. Both the helpers worked well and took care of the stuff. So their staff seem to be good, but the company needs to work better.

I let them know I had to have the truck back by 4pm. They were supposed to arrive at 11 but did not arrive till 1230 and I finally released them at 340 but was surprised I was supposed to pay for a whole hour then they said it would be fine to tip them which I did cash. I really appreciate the help just think they could have moved quicker.
