Cyrus contacted me shortly after I requested service through Moving Help. He was able to organize a late move for me (5pm). Everything went smoothly--Cyrus and his colleague were at my house with my U-box 10 minutes early and waited for me to begin the unload. The unload itself took about 30 minutes. Pretty straightforward job, but I'd work with them again based on the experience.
